本物への追求・・・　Pursuit of the real thing ...

ジャックローズというカクテルがあります　カルヴァドス1/2   ライム果汁1/4  グレナディンシロップ1/4 というレシピですね
で、巷でよくみるのがカルヴァドスなんですが、これ本当はレアード社のアップルジャックを使うんですよ　しかし、国内でもう流通してないので普通のカルヴァドスに置き換えて読んでます　しかーし！当店にはあるんですよ　レアード社のアップルジャックが！
あと、グレナディンシロップをちょっと手を加えて生ザクロから果汁を搾って使えば万全かな・・・

There is a cocktail called Jack Rose Calvados 1/2 Lime juice 1/4 Grenadine syrup 1/4 recipe
So, I often see Calvados in the streets, but I actually use Applejack from Laird, but since it is no longer distributed in Japan, I replace it with ordinary Calvados and read it! But But But! There is an Apple Jack from Laird in our shop!
Also, if you use grenadine syrup by squeezing the juice from raw pomegranate with a little modification, it will be perfect ...
