【行った国 その４） ボリビア🇧🇴】何か起こったら、先ずは立止まり、リセットを！！

この国には２０世紀の終盤に四千メーターの高地に飛行場を作りに行きました。ラパスの街から毎日二千メーター上のエルアルト（スペイン語で高地）と言うか街までマイクロバス🚌で通勤してました。ラパスには日系ボリビア人の方々が逞しく生活されて居て、滞在中、皆さんに公私共に大変お世話になりました。

当時のエピソードとしては担当していた通信設備のフライト✈️チェック（空港設備を設置後、飛行機を飛ばし動作を確認する）時に私はフライトチェック機の機上担当でしたが、その時、空港内の通信制御卓が完全にフリーズしてしまい通信不能事態に、最悪の展開となりました。何しろフライトチェックに使える飛行機✈️は遥か彼方の米国から高額で呼び寄せた経緯もあり絶対に予定通り完了させる必要がありました。そこで私は機上から空港内に残った同僚に、全卓の電源を落としてリセットするよう指示を出して辛うじて通信回復、高額なフライトチェック機✈️の再手配をなんとか回避出来ました。この経験から私あれ以降、窮地に追い込まれたらまずは一時立ち止まり、リセットする事を経験知として学習しました。ということであれ以降あちこちの国でリセットの連続です。（笑笑）

Bolivia 🇧🇴

I went to this country to make an airport in the highland of 4,000 meters at the end of the 20th century. I commuted from the city of La Paz with a mini bus to Ernalt (Spanish in highlands) every day over 2,000 meters. Japanese bolivians were living their lives stubbornly in this town, and during my stay I was indebted to public and private both. As an episode, when I checked the flight of the communication facility I was in charge I was on a flight check machine, but at that time the communication control desk in the airport completely freezed and it became a communication impossible situation inside the airport I was able to manage the restoration of communication and reconfigure of expensive flight check machine な by issuing instructions of resetting all the desks to remaining Fuchigami. From this experience I learned to stop and temporarily stop resetting when I was forced into a dilemma afterwards. So recently it is continuous in reset in Bangkok. (LOL smile)
