Her New Guitar

【Day 126】

We bought an electric acoustic guitar as a birthday gift for my oldest daughter. She's going to turn her 13th on August 3rd. 

We know It's a little bit too early. 

My wife and my oldest daughter went to a guitar shop as a sort of preview, but they found a good one so my wife decided to buy it today. A tuner is installed in her new guitar, so she can tune it easily. That's great. 

I was surprised to hear my daughter wanted a guitar for her birthday because she hadn't seemed to be interested in playing the guitar. But I think it's better for her than using her time with only watching youtube.

I told her to set a goal before starting a practice like “Do a street live in Manly” or something, but she doesn't want to do it. 

I think kids in her generation are so lucky because they can practice the guitar easily watching an appropriate youtube channel.

When I started playing the guitar, Only things I could accord to were textbooks and CDs.

The funniest thing for today was like that when my oldest daughter came back home with her new guitar, my youngest daughter asked her eldest sister loudly, like, 

“Did you buy the air guitar?”
