Brewery Crews Helped Me

【Day 121】

My brewery crews helped me washing bottles and caps to be ready for bottling MIPA.

Especially the youngest daughter wanted to do it positively. I thought she liked playing with bobbles.

The gravity of my beer has gone down 0.001 points since 2 days ago and it’s 1.015 now. I'm using lager yeast, that’s why it has kept going down slowly. the potential alcohol % is about 8.01% It's going to be dangerous beer.

I'm going to do bottling tomorrow.
