Japanese-Style Fried Chicken

Fried food is one of the types of cook that I'm not good at.

However, when it comes to Japanese-style fried chicken, it's a different story. Because  I can use ready-made fried chicken flour.

I use it produced by Nippun that I bought at Tokyo Market in North Bridge today. 

It took only 20 minutes to finish cooking, so I didn't make my kids hungry for a long time.

The result was great. The color was great and tasted great as well.

What I regretted was that I bought only one package of ready-made flour because my wife didn't allow me to buy it!
