Getting Converted To Full Time

【Day 331】

I applied to transfer the driver's license from Japan to Australia today, finally. My international license was expired already, and the period I could drive with my Japanese license without transfer ended quite a long ago.

So every time I drive, I had needed to be very careful to not be caught by police. Now I got a proper Australian license(technically, it's a sort of temporary license until the official one arrives), so I don't worry about anything.

Then what I got  in the arvo was quite exciting. It was a sort of official announcement of getting converted from contract worker to full-time worker at Square.

I heard that from my agent and I had worked on it for a while but this was the first time to hear it officially.

That was a big enough to make me believe that I can work wherever I am on the planet.
