Kookaburra's Visiting

【Day 524】

I heard Minori and Mihaya screaming suddenly on the 2nd floor when I worked in the living room. Then I also heard them shouted, "Kookaburra there!".

I climbed upstairs and saw the direction that my kids pointed.

There was a Kookaburra perched on the balcony railing. This was the first time to see a Kookaburra so closely, even though I hear kookaburras roar every morning. Kookaburra's voice sounds like children’s lough.

It didn’t fly away for a while, so we could take time to see it in detail.

It had partly blue and very beautiful feathers.

A while ago, we all had thought that Kookaburra was a white parrot with a yellow crown. 

But we realized that we were wrong when we saw the Hockey Australian National team at the Olympics. They were called Kookaburras.
