I agree with the idea that teenagers should avoid using Social Networking Services. I have two reasons to support my opinion.

Firstly, You can not sidestep safety issues. In most cases young boys and girls do not have enough knowledge about the system. They could possibly be involved in a trouble accidentally. In the worst scenario they can be caught up in a cybercrime even though they do not have any skills to deal with it. It is too risky.

Personal relationship is another problem. It is more difficult to build relationships with people on line than face to face. It can easily cause misunderstandings and estrangement, chatting or reading text messages only on the screen. Personal relationship had better be cultivated not on line but in a real world especially while they are young.

Because of these reasons, I believe that teenagers should stay away from Social Networking Services until they get fully grown-up.

Using SNS is a part of education. Young people need to learn how to manage problems on SNS as they cope with other troubles happening around them off line. They have to get used to how SNS goes and how to face it. To get rid of every possible danger on the internet is not a good idea for teenagers in the long run.

Moreover, SNS is a golden opportunity to achieve information literacy. The internet world is full of false information. To gain a certain skill to distinguish fact from fiction is critical for all of us. It is obviously better to start improving this ability earlier.
(44 words)
Because of these reasons, I believe teenagers should be allowed to use Social Networking Services.
