** We, the people of the world, affirm our commitment to the fundamental rights of all people. This Declaration is established to ensure the protection and defence of every person's right to self-determination, security and freedom.

**Proclamation of His Majesty King John Fitzgerald Kahlooni** On this day, 17 August 2024, I, His Majesty King John Fitzgerald Kahlooni, do promulgate and approve this Declaration, affirming the rights of every living man and woman to bear arms for the purpose of protecting themselves and safeguarding their families and homes.

**Article I: Recognition of Rights**.
1. Everyone has inherent rights which are self-evident and must be recognised and respected, including the right to life, liberty and personal security.

2. The enforcement and protection of these rights are the responsibility of each individual and the community at large.

1. Everyone has the inherent right to bear arms for self-defence, personal security and protection of property.
