How to withdraw sales proceeds (ETH)

Below are the instructions for withdrawing ETH sales proceeds.

Set up a wallet to receive sales proceeds

Click on “Sales receipt wallet setup” under “Account Settings” in the “My menu”.

The wallet you registered when you registered as a seller is displayed, so check it and click “Change Wallet address" if you want to change it.

Apply for Withdrawal

Under “Sales withdrawal apply” in My menu, click “Withdrawal in  Ethereum”.

 Confirm the contents and click “Apply”.
※ You can apply for withdrawal of ETH when you have sales proceeds of 0.02 ETH or more. Also, the maximum withdrawal amount at one time is 15 ETH.
※ Withdrawal fee (0.01 ETH) is at your expense.
※ After the withdrawal request has been completed, the withdrawal fee will be deducted and the amount will be transferred to  your wallet.
※ It takes about 7 business days from the withdrawal request to the completion of the transfer. Please note that it may take longer depending on the business day and the system.
※ If the wallet address of the payout destination is incorrect, you will not receive the ETH of the sales proceeds, and we will not be able to resend the funds.
※ Please make sure to specify the MetaMask wallet address and confirm that the address is correct.

You can check the status in the list of “Sales withdrawal apply”.

After the transfer request is completed, the status will be changed to “Transfer Request Completed”. Please allow approximately 7 business days for the transfer to be completed.
Please confirm the transfer in your wallet after the transfer request has been completed.
