How to withdraw sales proceeds (Yen)

Below are the instructions for withdrawing yen sales proceeds.

Set up a sales receipt account

Click on “Sales Receipt bank Setup” in “Account settings” in “My ｍenu”.
Confirm that the account you registered when you registered as an exhibitor has been entered. Click “Edit Bank Account Information” if you wish to change it..

To change your account information, click “Confirm” after entering the changes.
Confirm the information on the Confirmation of Entry screen and click “Sign up” to complete

Apply for Withdrawal

 Click “Withdraw Yen” in the “Sales withdrawal apply” screen of the “My ｍenu” .

 Confirm the details and click “Apply” to complete the application.

※ You can apply for a yen withdrawal when you have sales proceeds of 1,000 yen or more. The maximum withdrawal amount is 3 million yen at one time. ※ Transfer fees for withdrawals are the responsibility of the customer. Fees vary depending on the financial institution you use.
※ After the withdrawal application is completed and the details of the application are confirmed by the Management, the amount of money will be transferred to the destination bank account after the transfer fee has been deducted.
※ It takes about 7 business days from the time you submit a withdrawal request until the transfer is completed. Please note that it may take longer depending on the business days of financial institutions and the system.
※ Please make sure to apply for the account in the name of the seller. If you apply under a name other than the seller's, we may not be able to complete the transfer.
※ If you make a mistake in the payee of your withdrawal, you will not be able to make a withdrawal again.

You can check the status on the” Sales withdrawal apply” screen.

The status will be changed to “Completed” after we confirm the details of your application and request the transfer to the financial institution. Please allow approximately 7 business days for the transfer to be completed
Please confirm the transfer in the receiving account after the transfer request has been made.
