東証はESGで外資を呼び込めるのか？（英文付き）

先日の取引停止の責任をとって社長が交代した東証の新社長がESGを上場企業に促すお題目。

言いっぱなしで海外投資家も含めた利用者の信頼は得られないよ。

そんな事を言う前にもっと具体的に取引停止の再発防止を含めた投資家を呼び込む策を投資家に向けたメッセージとして言うべきではないでしょうか？

Tokyo Stock Exchange, can you really attract overseas investors by ESG?

The new President of Tokyo Stock Exchange stated that they will urge companies to step up efforts for ESG. The exchange sacked its president due to the full day stoppage of trading by system trouble. The statement lacks concrete measures to implement "ESG". How is it possible to attract overseas investors with such statement?
To get the confidence of investors he should have mentioned the concrete measures such as to prevent the repetition of system failures etc.
