Ｇ7法人税率に関する報道（英文付き）

今朝の報道でＧ7各国が法人税の最低税率について合意したと伝わった。

実際の合意に至るかどうかについて，日本のメディアと私がフォローしている英国のメディアでは，ほとんど正反対の見通しとなっていたので，どちらの見込みが正しかったのかこれではっきりした。

やはり日本国内の報道だけで国際的な動きを判断するのは，かなり危ないと今更ながら確認させられてがっくりきてしまった。これは，投資に関する情報もしかりで，日本国内の主流の見方を追っているだけでは，判断を誤ることを肝に銘じたいと思う。

Media reaction on the corporate tax rate of G7 nations

It has just been reported that the G7 nations have reached an agreement to set the minimum corporate tax rate at 15%. There has been contradicting reports on the possibility of the agreement to be reached between Japanese media and British media that I usually follow. Today's agreement has just proven which media's insight was right. It is indeed risky to judge international issues solely based on Japanese media. The same can be true for investments and we as investors have to keep in our mind that we would make wrong decision by following the mainstream Japanese media only.
