Precaution: Large-Scale Image Projection

The other day, I wrote about "Large-Scale Image Projection" as follows.

Tonight, I did a large-scale image projection at my university. It's a part of the Christmas event at my university. It's just a simple video projection to our school building. But many students and staff enjoyed seeing it so much. To tell the truth, I want to do "Large-Scale Projection Mapping". As you know, "Projection Mapping" is quite different from "Projection". The latter is just a projection, but the former is projection and mapping. The mapping means that you overlap real objects with images and/or videos. 
By the way, I don't want to write about "Large-Scale Projection Mapping". Today's topic is the precaution of Large-Scale Image Projection and Projection Mapping. Frankly speaking, the precaution for both is the same. If you will do "Large-Scale Image Projection" and/or "Large-Scale Projection Mapping", you need applications and permissions. The points are as follows.

• Traffic Rules: Police Station

• Regulations: City Hall

Before you do "Large-Scale Image Projection" and/or "Large-Scale Projection Mapping", you must apply it to the nearest police station. Your large-scale image projection may hinder passengers and car drivers because of its strong lights. If you don't get permission from the nearest police station and you do it, you may be arrested when car accidents happen. Then, you must apply it to the appropriate department in your city hall. Your city may have regulations on the landscape. For example, if you live in Kyoto, there are some regulations on the landscape. As you know, Kyoto was the capital of Japan a long time ago. In Kyoto, many old buildings like shrines, temples, and so on still exist. So you can't build a unique modern house without permission. For similar reasons, you may not be able to get permission for your Large-Scale Image Projection and/or Projection Mapping.
This time, we could get permission from our city hall. However, we couldn't get permission from the nearest police station. So we couldn't do "Large-Scale Image Projection" towards the road that many people and cars go through. As a result, a few people could see our "Large-Scale Image Projection". If you will do "Large-Scale Image Projection" or "Large-Scale Projection Mapping", you should apply your city hall and the nearest police station. If you want many people to see your "Large-Scale Image Projection" and/or "Large-Scale Projection Mapping."
