【Can restrictions on freedom of speech ever be justified?】

 I think that restrictions on freedom of speech cannot be justified. I have 2 reasons.

 First and foremost, nobody shouldn't be restricted what they appeal and express. Speeches content have various statements and opinions. Our attention and evaluation need to be calmed and lenient. If somebody  would be disrupted his/her speech in spite of middle of procedure, she/he would lose her/his temper. Moreover, people who wait their turn to make a speech will probably hesitate.

 Secondly, our rights of thought belong to the constitution, and in addition, they are guaranteed. Deliberate grilling and criticism will bring people depression and frustration. For whatever reason, we don't have authorities to judge somebody. In terms of he positive perspective, our acceptable emotion should be fostered, though not restricting freedom of speech.

  Respecting personal opinion is directly related to understand each person and world peace.

 As a conclusion, I consider that restrictions on freedom of speech cannot be legitimized.
