The coach is not absolute
Often a game loses with the coach's commandment. Failure in squeezing timing. Failure in timing of stolen base, end runs. Mistake the timing to replace the pitcher.
If these are the reasons for losing the game, will the coaches apologize to the players that they lost because of their own commandment? I have not seen a place coached apologized.
There is other fault of coaches which are hard to see on the surface. Without tell pitcher that he/she should prepare, suddenly change pitchers, pinch hits, substitute runs. And if a substitute player cannot play an active part, or the player made a mistake, coach gets angry. Since player does not prepared, player made mistakes and it is natural. This is the coach's fault. It is not due to mistake players.
Also, coaches ask the players suddenly to play something for matches that they are not practicing. And get angry if players cannot. This is also the coach's fault.
The coach is audacity. It is a giant. Coach is not absolute. Please make an environment where player can say opinions, apologize when coach makes a mistake, do not wield the players by unreasonable guidance.
