Less real game formed practice

Japanese high school baseball practice less practice in game format. Each exercise is individually divided.

However, since high school baseball in Japan has few practice of game form, evaluation of the director, coach becomes individual exercise. Then, the evaluation becomes ambiguous. If director, coach look at every one, every ball closely is fine, but it is actually different. There are few places for players to appeal, and there are many distrusts in evaluation.

The evaluation of director, coach is not a player who gave a result in practice, but is a skillful player who is good from the beginning. And these players are appreciated regardless of the outcome. It is quite difficult for other players to crawl up.

The game type is important not only for evaluation but also for improving ability.

It is important to increase the practice of game form and give opportunities equally to players.
