Parental rota system

When classes are closed, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when there is practice for whole day, the players' parents, not all parents, parents are come and looks after a director, coach in the rota system. In the morning, parents will serve coffee to the director, coach, serve drinks such as tea at break and prepare chairs and desks. Parents arrange a lunch box for lunch. The guardian who came in the duty must stay all day. If they want to do it voluntarily, they do not mind at all. But if they do not want to do it is painful.

It may be decided by a group of parents or guardians, but if the coach says, “I do not need”, then that is it. Coaches can arrange drinks and lunch by themselves. For that reason, it is feel sorry for crushing parents' holiday. For parents and guardians, it is for the coaches who will instruct them carefully, so they cannot say to quit the duty themselves.

Coaches should cautiously say quit here, that it is not necessary.
