Often high school baseball members have scandals such as bullying, smoking, theft and violence. And the disposal is given not only to the member who caused the problem, but also to the team and coaches. Suspension of the next competition, punishment of coaches etc. This is strange. It should dispose of only those who caused the problem.
Also, it is necessary to let the members receive the press conference and media coverage, and to present them such as explanations and apologies. That is the responsibility. If it do not do such a thing, if the member who caused the problem is not punished, if the team and the coach are disposed of, the member who caused the problem will not reflect on it, other members of the whole country also think lightly, such as doing it myself.
Also, there are many bench players who cause scandals. The reason is the player is dissatisfied with the teaching methods and evaluations of current coaches. Moreover, there are dissatisfactions such as teasing bullying, excessive hierarchical relationship and so on. And stress creates scandals. Also, if player cause scandal, the team will not be able to go to the tournament, and player will cause scandals on purpose.

Creating a team with a good atmosphere and doing good guidance is a major premise, but you should punish only those who caused scandals. It does not make any sense with solidarity liability teams and coaches take disposal as well.

However, coaches who do unreasonable guidance, unreasonable personnel must be disposed of separately.
