Many annoyance ①

Why are high school baseball directors, coaches noisy? When the director or the coach is hitting the sheet knock, it is fine hit smoothly, but if the player gets an error or makes a mistake, coach stops once, get angry, and says various superficial things. Of course, there are times when coach need to educate if players are not doing well. However, if coach says only that is fine, but coach makes it emotional and speaks extra things repetitively. The players take off hat and say “yes” “yes”, but really have not reached the players' hearts. Player practicing, coach get angered, the players say “yes”, and player practice again. Then, players' make mistakes again ... it is a repetition, it is mechanical, formal, performance, a kind of theater.

Coaches should be more mindful, practical, and reachable to the players.
