DIARY 2/26 SWIFTから締め出すか。

I got a hair cut. I went to a barber where I try at the first time. I kept using barber what my wife use but I didn't have time to go today. 

In the world, there are people who are suffered with the fear of war. I'm sad to hear the news about Ukraine.. The U.S. is seriously considering whether to seek Russia's expulsion from SWIFT system because European countries are getting warm to the idea of imposing a penalty that seemed unlikely just days ago. SWIFT is financial messaging service. It founded in 1973 and it connect a lot of banking institutions. Banking institutions can exchange message like payment orders and confirmation when remitting. It makes transactions easy. If Russia will be cut off from the SWIFT system, western countries can't send payment to Russia easily. They can do transaction but it may be limited. Many countries, especially Europe, buy oil and natural gas from Russia. SWIFT banning could make sending money difficult and threaten cost of things crisis.
