Bonds

I'm interested in bonds. Bonds is the debts of  issuers. These debts are sliced up and sold to investors in small units. 
Generally speaking, bonds are considered to be more safe investments than equities, and more senior to stocks if an issuer declares bankruptcy. If you issue bonds, you have to pay regular interest payments to investors and return the full principal loaned when bonds matured. 

There are many type of bonds, including government, corporate, municipal and mortgage bonds. Government bonds are considered as the safest. Because the country's credit is the most safe. For bonds investors, the biggest risks are credit risk and interest rate risk. If issuer fails to pay back their debt, the bond can default.

The bonds market are very liquid and active. However the investors are limited for professional investors.
