smartphone, mobile game 5/19
I’m addicted to smartphone games. It is very fun and convenient because we can play the game anytime and anywhere. It is terribly addicting. In some games, we can talk with other people, using chatting.
I think smartphone games are very fantastic but there are some risks. If we are obsessed with the games too much, we could waste our time. I think we have to think about our life, work, study, and so on. We have to know the world where we live. The addiction of the game deprives us of the power of thinking about something. Playing game is very good for our pastimes, however we need restrict ourselves more.
Smartphone games bring us the triumph easily. We can buy some skills and items with money. Furthermore we can improve our virtual characters’ abilities without real effort. We can operate our characters with only using our thumb. I think too much dependence on the games are not good for our lives. Especially, for children. I’m afraid that children tend to be into the games. Games bring them virtual achievement easier than study, sports, and so on.
Furthermore, the games could deprive children of the communication skill. I think games and online chatting would help children with communication with others. But I don’t think online communication is enough. They need to talk with friends and listen to others directly. If the relationship were broken, we can recover it with talking directly. However, it is very difficult for children to recover it if they only use chatting and emails.
I believe that direct communication tell us how to behave and how to make friends with others. I have to think how to give my child her cell phone..
