DIARY 5/2 ゴールデンウィークですね、祝日多くて素晴らしい

I've left the office. I didn't have day off today and there were few people in the office. Many people seems to have day off today. From May to June, I'll be in busy season so I need to be healthy and work hard. 

By the way, Japanese have more national holidays than foreigners. Japanese people tend not to get paid leave. Many companies still have the idea that hard worker is nice. Especially, younger people hate the idea. Japanese companies are in difficult situation because young employees want to work freely and flexibly while it is hard to lay off. Foreign companies may provide flexible work place but they fire employees easily if some employees are not productive. Japanese companies can't do that. Japanese workers are not be laid off without commiting a crime. From a perspective of workers, they can feel safe. I'm not sure which is better. I like Japanese companies culture. However I think it should be changed for obtaining skilled worker.
