DIARY 3/28 ドル円イカれていますね。。そして人事の季節です。

The FX market volatility got higher after BOJ announced they will keep buying treasury in order to maintain the interest rate level. Yen fell rapidly and dollars rose. USDJPY reached to 125yen. Many countries decided to tighten monetary policy but BOJ keeps easing. Traders bet Yen will fall. I'm afraid that it continue but I'm not sure when it end. I think BOJ want to refrain from hyper inflation. 
Covid and war push inflation all over the world and central bank's tightening policy. If it continue long time, the move would also last...

By the way, the season of promotion is coming. Company asign some employees to promoted positions. Bosses tell their staffs if they promoted or not. Generally speaking, the evaluation of staffs is decided by people. So it will include how the bosses think about the staffs and how they feel. If your boss dislike you, you won't promote. If you are not known by high position person, you won't either. If you do lobbying to high position people, you might get promotion. However I hate lobbying to key persons. I do want to be skilled worker but I'm not sure if it brings me promotion. I can't do anything except working harder.
