Medical checkup

I've been writing my diary in English to improve my skill.

Last Tuesday, I was very tired because I had a medical checkup and a gastroscopy.
My favorite clinic, which I go to every year, is so clean, but it’s so far away because I chose it for being close to the office.
I’ve been worried about my pancreas which had to be examined about 3 years ago, but ended up forgetting all about it because I was surprised to see that I grew by a whole centimeter!
