My self-introduction (2021)
On weekends, I take a break from writing notes to do other things like chores, reading books, watching Netflix, and more. However, today, instead of writing in my diary, I decided to write my self-introduction. Maybe I'll update it sometime.

My name is Ai Hayashi. I was born in the suburbs of Tokyo in 1989, and now I live in Ota City, Tokyo with my husband. I love drawing illustrations, watching TV shows, seeing movies in theaters, and discussing them with my husband.
He started writing many content reviews in his notes before me. He enjoyed it so much that I decided I also wanted to write something. At first, I thought I would post my illustrations, but later I remembered that I also wanted to improve my English skills as part of my daily routine for other reasons. That's why I opened my note written in English.
On weekdays, I work as a web director for an IT company, where I have been developing news web products for seven years. Although I don't have to use a foreign language in my company, I know that I can't avoid English if I want to understand the latest internet technologies that will affect our business in the future. However, I was not good at English, and my TOEIC score was below 500. So, in 2020, I started learning English at an online school and heard that writing a diary is an excellent way to improve. Currently, I'm learning daily English using 'interchange.'
