A bit of trouble in a laundromat.

Last Sunday, I had a bit of trouble when I went to a neighborhood laundromat to wash and dry my bed sheets.

The laundromat started a campaign where if customers install a store’s new app which controls machines easily with an online payment system, they will be able to get coupons.

Because I was curious about the app and the campaign, I installed it. However, even though no matter how I tried to pay and tap the start button on the app, it didn’t work. And worst of all, the app showed me the wrong amount on the receipt.

So, I contacted the developer of the app just now to ask for a refund. I hope that my request is received soon.
