日本のことわざです。
私達は人のせいしたがります。
感染症のコロナもそうです。
コロナにより電車や近くでセキをした人を憎んだり、怒ったりします。
しかしそれはその人も被害者でもあり苦しい状態です。
本当にコロナではなく単なる咳でも感情をむきだしにするひともいます。
これは人を憎んでいる
しかしその原因はコロナがあるということです。
マスクについてもマスクしない人を憎んでいます。
そうではなくでそのマスクをしないようにさせることを知ることが重要です。
それは忘れたのかもしれない、耳がいたいのかもしれない。
呼吸ができないかもしれない、マスクは効果ないと信じているかもしれない。
私達は常に自分が勝手に誤解をして怒りを自由に引き出しているにすぎないことがわかります。
その解釈を怒りと認定するのは自分自身の判断だからです。
人を殺す人もいます。
それは恨みなのか、誰かをかばうためなのか、抵抗するためなのかわかりません。
が人ではなくその殺してしまうことの状況を把握することと言えます。
戦争でも人を殺すのが当然の時があります。
それは戦争になる原因があります。
これをあらためないと殺害が当然にまかり通ってしまうことがわかります。
いまからその原因がなにか把握しましょう。
事実はなにか把握しましょう。
心配ごとのほとんどが起きません。
事実をみてみることでほとんどが解決されるでしょう。

The most important thing is to understand the circumstances of the killing, not the person.
There are times in war when it is natural to kill people.
It is the cause of the war.
If we don't change this, we will find that killing will continue as a matter of course.
