今回は、English Diary06の復習をしていきます。
ということで、Let's study!

Ex1: Civil law is very familiar to us.
＊civil= not military or religious, or relating to the ordinary people of a country.
＊familiar= easy to recognize because of being seen, met, heard, etc. before

　・Civil law＝民法　・familiar＝よく知られて、親しい　・military＝軍隊の　・religious＝宗教的な　・recognize＝認める

Ex2: Typical terms are cntract, ownership, inheritance.

　・代表的な　・cntract＝契約　・ownership＝所有権　・inheritance＝相続

Ex3: And the most famous contract is the sales.When you buy things, you enter into a sales contract with the store.

　・sales＝売買　・enter into＝を結ぶ

Ex4: Ownership is the right to exclusive control over something.For example, my PC is my property, so I can clam control it to others. ＊property= an object or objects that belong to someone.

　・right＝権利　・exclusive＝排他的な　・control＝支配　・property＝財産　・clam＝主張する　・object＝対象　・belong＝属する

Ex5: When parent dies, the issue of inheritance arise.Because children inherit their parent's property.
＊inherit= to recieve money, a house, etc. from someone after they have died.

　・issue＝問題　・arise＝生じる　・inherit＝受け継ぐ
