お父さんとシェルドンの旅のお話

アウトドア派のお父さんとインドア派のシェルドンは交流が少ない。
心配したお母さんに促され、お父さんは息子2人を連れて一泊旅行に出かける。
行先の希望を聞き入れてもらい、喜んで出発したシェルドンだが・・・

ところでお父さんの言葉は字幕を見ても聞き取りにくい。
この回はそれでちょっと苦労する。
逆にシェルドンやお母さんの言葉はきれい。

・clog up　（管などが）つまる、ふさがる
　　He can get all clogged up.

・up and at them　起きて活動にとりかかれ

・two out of three   3回勝負の、先に2勝した方が勝ちの
       Can’t we do two out of three?

・give thought to~ ~について考える
　　　　Have you given much thought to what you wanna be when you grow up?

・why else ・・?　　　・・の理由が他にある？
　　Why else would I have begged you and George to move back to Medford？
