こんにちは！
このnoteにお越しいただき、
ありがとうございます。
稲垣寛樹と申します。
普段はHirokky（ひろっきー）というネームで
活動しています。
今更ですが、はじめて方に向けて、
少し時間をかけて僕自身について
お話させていただければと思います。
自己紹介を通じて、僕の人生観やこれまでの歩みを
知っていただけたら嬉しいです♪
● 今までの歩み 〜何を大切にしてきたのか〜
僕がこれまでやってきた仕事は以下の通りです。
家具インテリアの接客販売：
お客様と対話し、その人にぴったりの空間を提案する喜びと達成感を感じました。自分にとって最適なインテリアを選ぶと、人は自動的にパフォーマンスが上がるんだという発見は、今でもお伝えしている事の一つです。
ECコンサルティング：
日本全国の店舗さんのECビジネスの発展をサポートし、企業の成長に貢献しました。ここでのビジネスに関する貴重な学びと仲間達は、財産の一つです。
富裕層向けインテリア雑誌の発行・運営・制作：
人生で初めて会社を設立。ラグジュアリーなライフスタイルを提供する側に立ち、多くの方々との不思議な出会いがたくさんありました。ここで育まれた人脈と経験は、僕の人生を彩るものとなっています。
ビジネスコンサルティング：
多様な業界でのビジネスの課題解決に取り組み、幅広い知見を深めました。あらためて、自分は相談を受けることやビジネスプロデュースが好きなんだということを認識しました。
経営者向け英語学習事業：
グローバルに活躍したい経営者への学習支援を通じて、僕自身も大きく成長を感じることができました。言語と脳の研究に日々没頭して、知的好奇心全開で取り組んだ事業の産物は、その後もあらゆるビジネスシーンで役に立っています。
広告制作：
クリエイティブな視点で、企業や個人のメッセージを形にする楽しさを日々感じています。広告も「言語」の一つと考え、人間の言語習得のプロセスを兼ね合わせたアプローチを試しています。
これらの仕事に共通しているのは、
「コミュニケーション」の興味と研究、実践です。
今思えば、常に、人と人とが繋がり、
互いに影響を与え合うご縁を大切にしてきました。
その過程で得られる喜びや楽しさ、
時には困難を乗り越えることで得る達成感が、
僕の人生において欠かせない要素となりました。
昔は、「キャリアに一貫性を持たせ、市場価値を高める」ことに真剣に向き合ったこともありました。
しかし30代中盤で初めて起業した際、
自分の興味関心を大切にし、その時その時で
最も惹かれることにチャレンジする生き方に
シフトしました。
実際はとっても怖かったんですが、この決断は、
僕にとって非常に重要な転換点となりました。
結果として、会社員、経営者、個人事業主としての
様々な経験を積むことができています。
生き方を変えるというのは、とても億劫で、
時には大きな不安を伴いますが、
その過程で感じるワクワク感や新たな出会いの
刺激は、何物にも代えがたいものです。
実際、人との出会いが変わることで、
自分自身の思考や行動も自然と変わり、
人生そのものが豊かになったと感じています。
このようにして、僕は人生を面白く、
オカシク生きることを大切にしてきました♪
現在は広告制作の仕事を中心に活動していますが、
新しい自分のプロジェクトの創造にも
意欲的に取り組んでいます。
● なぜnoteでメッセージを届けるのか？
これまでの多様な経験を通じて、
様々な視点と知見を蓄えてきました。
その中で、「これまでの経験をどのように活かしていくべきか？」という問いが、常に頭の中にありました。
僕が積み重ねてきた「妙とも無駄とも思える」経験を、一つの形にして発信してみたい
という思いが強くなり、今回、noteを始めることにしました。
当初は、インテリアに関するテーマに絞って
書くことを考えていたんです。
でも、書き始めてみると、自分の興味や関心が
広がり、インテリアだけでなく、様々なテーマについて自由に書くことが自然な流れとなりました。
結果として、自分らしい発信ができるようになり、
それが読者の皆さんにも伝わりやすくなっているのかな？と感じています。
ここで発信する内容が、誰かのお役に立ち、
「新しい視点や考え方に出会えた」と感じてもらえるようになることを目指しています。
例えば、
「あ、それ面白いかも」
「そんな考え方があるんだ」
「今やっていることに活かせそう」
と感じていただけるような記事を書きたいと思っています。
また、noteを通じて、僕自身も皆さんの多様な人生に触れることができれば、嬉しいです。
実はこれまで、はてなブログなどいくつかのブログを試みましたが、長続きしなかったことがありました。
そんな経験から、noteもいつか書かなくなる可能性はありますが、その時はどうぞご容赦ください笑
しかし、現在は個人が発信できるメディアが多数ありますので、その時は、どこかでまたお会いできることを楽しみにしています。
● 目指しているコト
僕が目指しているのは、
まず「書く」という情報発信に慣れることです。
お手紙やカードを書くことは、思考錯誤しながらやっていた時期があるんですが、オンラインで、SNS上で「書く」というのは、従来の手で書くことと、少し違うのかな？と思っています。
これに慣れたら、次のステップとして電子書籍や
商業出版で自分の本を出すことを目標にしています。
また、日本語での情報発信に慣れてきたら、
英語でも発信してみたいと考えています。
実際、記事のタイトルや最後に英文を加えることで、少しずつ英語での発信を試みています。
以前に、英語学習事業をしていた時に感じたことですが、日本人のコンテンツは、きちんとした形で伝えることができれば、海外でも価値を持つと確信しています。
僕自身の発想や思考が、
どのように世界の人々に受け入れられるのか？
それに挑戦してみたいと考えています。
また、自分の考えや体験を「書く」こと以外に、
今までの知見を集約した、おもしろそうな雰囲気のコミュニティーを立ち上げます。
人間の基本軸は ”楽しむこと” と考えています。
「まずは自分が楽しむことが、周りの人のためになる」という場を作ります。
だいぶ大風呂敷広げてしまいましたが、
プロフィールだし、今の氣持ちだから、
正直に書いてみようと思いまして(´∀｀*)

Welcome to My note: An Invitation to My Journey
Hello, and thank you for visiting my note.
My name is Hiroki Inagaki, although I often go by the name Hirokky in my work.
Since this might be our first introduction, I’d like to take a moment to share a bit about myself, my journey, and the values that guide me. My hope is that through this introduction, you’ll gain insight into who I am and the experiences that have shaped me.
● My Journey: What Truly Matters
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of exploring various fields, each offering its own unique challenges and rewards:
Sales of furniture and interior goods
E-commerce consulting
Publishing, managing, and producing a luxury interior magazine
Business consulting
English learning services for executives
Advertising production
Despite the diversity of these roles, they all share a common thread: my deep fascination with communication. I’ve always been drawn to the connections between people and the meaningful exchanges that shape our lives.
The joy of fostering these connections, along with the satisfaction of overcoming challenges, has been a constant source of fulfillment for me. While there was a time when I focused on building a consistent career to enhance my market value, my priorities shifted when I started my own business in my mid-thirties. I decided to follow a path driven by passion and curiosity, rather than adhering to a traditional career trajectory.
This decision, while daunting, became a pivotal moment in my life. It allowed me to gain a wide range of experiences—as an employee, entrepreneur, and independent professional—that have enriched my perspective.
Changing the course of one’s life is never easy. It’s a journey filled with uncertainty, but also with excitement and new opportunities. The people we meet along the way can transform our thinking and actions, ultimately leading to a richer, more fulfilling life. This is the philosophy I’ve embraced: to live life with a sense of adventure and humor, always seeking new experiences and perspectives.
Today, I continue to work primarily in advertising production, while also pursuing new projects that spark my creativity and enthusiasm.
● Why I Share My Thoughts on note
Through my varied experiences, I’ve gained a wealth of perspectives and insights. One question that has always lingered in my mind is, “How can I best utilize these experiences to benefit others?” This question eventually led me to start writing on note.
Initially, I considered focusing solely on interior design, a field I am deeply passionate about. However, as I began to write, I found myself drawn to a broader range of topics. Writing freely about whatever inspires me at the moment feels more authentic, and I believe it allows me to connect more deeply with my readers.
My goal in sharing on note is to offer content that provides value—whether it’s a fresh perspective, a new idea, or a bit of inspiration. I hope that my posts encourage thoughts like, “I hadn’t considered that before,” or “This idea could be useful in my own work.”
In addition to sharing my own thoughts, I’m eager to engage with the diverse experiences of my readers. This exchange is a two-way street, and I look forward to learning from you as much as you might learn from me.
I’ve tried my hand at various blogging platforms in the past, such as Hatena Blog, but there were times when I struggled to maintain the momentum. I recognize that I may face similar challenges with note, but I’m committed to this journey. Should there come a time when I step back from writing here, I hope you’ll understand. With so many platforms available, I’m sure our paths will cross again.
● My Aspirations: Looking Ahead
My immediate goal is to become more comfortable with sharing my thoughts through writing. Once I’ve established this habit, I aim to take the next step: publishing my own book, whether as an e-book or through traditional publishing.
Additionally, once I’ve honed my writing in Japanese, I plan to start sharing my thoughts in English as well. I’ve already begun incorporating English into the titles and closing sections of my articles as a way to ease into this transition.
From my experience in the English learning business, I’ve come to believe that Japanese content, when communicated effectively, holds significant value on the global stage. I’m excited to see how my ideas resonate with people around the world, and I’m eager to take on this challenge.
