yellow2:He may have had the strength of more than 10 people.
Green2:The missionary brought this man to Nobunaga and thanked him for allowing him to preach.
Purple2:Nobunaga's influence was very strong, and it was a rare event to
come face to face with a race that did not exist in Japan, China, and India.

現代日本語訳
二月二十三日、キリシタン国から宣教師(黒坊主)が参上した。年のころは二十六、七歳でもあろうか、全身の黒いことは牛のようである。
見るからにたくましく、みごとな体格である。その上、力の強さは十人力以上である。
宣教師(伴天連)がこの男を召し連れて参上し、信長公に、布教のご許可にたいしてお礼を申しあげた。
まことに、信長公ほどのご威光は今も昔もうかがったこともなく、日本はもとよりインド・中国にもめずらしい異人どもを、親しく拝見できるのも、めったにないできごとである。
