  セブン＆アイ・ホールディングスは１４日に調剤最大手のアインホールディングスの薬局が処方する薬をコンビニ店舗で２４時間受け取れるサービスを始めるようだ。
  オンライン診療を受けて、自宅近くのコンビニ設置されている宅配ロッカーで医師が処方する薬品を受け取るといった利用が想定される。
  このような傾向が広がれば、調剤薬局の経営はより難しくなり、数が減るだろう。
  調剤薬局に努めている薬剤師は、薬事についての相談を公務とする高齢者向けの薬事アドバイザーとなり、過疎化が進む地方に移住するか、機器を用いて遠隔での対応を可能になるべきである。

  Seven & I Holdings Co., Ltd. is set to launch a service that will allow customers to receive medicines prescribed by pharmacies of Ein Holdings, the largest dispensing company, at convenience stores 24 hours a day on April 14.
  The service is expected to be used to by people who receive online medical treatment and then pick up the medicine prescribed by their doctor at a delivery locker installed at a convenience store near their home.
  If this trend spreads, it will make it more difficult for dispensing pharmacies to operate, and the number of dispensing pharmacies will decrease.
  Pharmacists working in dispensing pharmacies should become pharmaceutical advisors for the elderly, whose official duty is to consult on pharmaceutical matters, and either move to rural areas where depopulation is increasing or become available remotely using equipment.

     「～することになっている、～する予定である、～する準備ができている」
     例文：

     A: "I'm set to take the entrance exam, but I'm playing TRPG. I'm wild, aren't I?"
     B: "Go to sleep."

  2. pharmacy
     「薬局」
     例文：
     A：「おい！あそこの薬局、赤チン売ってるぞ！」
     B：「まじかよ！」
     A: "Hey! That pharmacy sells Mercurochrome!"
     B: "Seriously!"

  3. install
     「～を取り付ける、～を設置する」
     例文：
     A：「寝室にカメラ設置したら、妻が不倫してたことが判明したんだが…」
     B：「裁判の準備を始めよう。」
     A: "I installed a camera in the bedroom, and it turns out my wife was having an affair..."
     B: "Let's start preparing for trial. “

• 注意
  “install”という言葉について、ロングスマン英英辞典には以下のように記載されている。
  １. to put a piece of equipment somewhere and connect it so that it is ready to be used
  ２. to add new software to a computer so that it is ready to be used
  ３. formal to put someone in an important job or position, especially with a ceremony
  一般的に1番と2番の意味が知られていると思われるが、実は3番の意味のように「人を重要な役職に就任させる」という意味がある。
  英文読解などでPC関連の言葉が出てこなくても、このような意味として扱われることもあるので気をつけよう。
