少しずつ翻訳がなくても理解できるようになってきてうれしいです

今日は4時間半睡眠 8時前出発で海にいきました

I also rely on a heater as my companion at home.
I’ll wear a scarf in Sota-san’s color to stay cozy and warm on my way back.
Please make sure to keep both your body and heart warm too.
I’ve been trying out tips I saw on TV about how to sleep well and stay healthy in the cold.
They might actually be working.
