The life of Tomcat Bucho 11 Bucho can read the mood
Boocho's bedtime is 9pm.
It wasn't us, the owners, who decided that. It certainly wasn't Bucho himself. It was Shimao.
Ever since Bucho came, Shimao has been unable to freely enter and exit through the cat door. To prevent Bucho from escaping, the cat door is kept closed during the day. Shimao doesn't complain. During the day. But at night, especially as it gets closer to 9 o'clock, he looks me in the eye. If I ignore him, he reaches out and scratches my cheek.
"Let's put Bucho to bed quickly."
I look for Bucho. Bucho is hiding in the top of the closet so he won't be caught. Bucho is wary and doesn't move. He has scary eyes. I stare at Bucho. I call out to him.
After about five minutes, Bucho gives up and comes downstairs, acting very casually like he needs a drink of water or to go to the toilet.
In this way, Bucho read the atmosphere and was able to get to bed on time again tonight.
