We are returning to XXX for the July team meeting, with meeting times as follows:
Monday July 1st, 10:00-17:30, followed by dinner
Tuesday July 2nd, 09:00-15:00 (approx. end time)

We would like to extend the offer of accommodation for this meeting,
please let me know if you would like a room for the Monday night so that things can be a little more relaxed after dinner.
No pressure – you don’t have to stay, please just let me know as soon as possible so I can confirm room numbers.
