Day30一巡したので、もう一巡しようかなとも思ったけど、7 Day Morning Yoga & Meditation をDay1～7 からやったりもした。
こっちの7Dayをしばらくローテしようかな？
ヨガのグランドマスター（？）の人の動画も観てみたが、英語字幕なので、、動作中ずっと字幕観てるのがしんどい。やっぱ英語音声の動画のほうがいいかな。
身体を動かしたりするときに、こういう風に言う、ってのがだんだん分かってきたかなあ？
